Good Air Conditioning
Apologies, further to my review comments regarding a bad Air Conditioning in room at the Kokotel Hotel in December 2024. This review was recorded incorrectly as this was meant for another hotel I stayed at in the UK and not the Kokotel Hotel in Pattaya South Beach. Today as I was looking through reviews, I sadly realised that I had made an error. Please allow me to correct. The Kokotel Hotel is a fabulous place to stay. The Air Conditioning works fabulous and the room was very comfortable to stay in. The room was very clean and tidy and the domestic cleaners was brilliant in cleaning the room daily. The bed is very comfortable and I slept well in the night. The good hospitality of staff at this hotel was overwhelmingly great, polite and very professional. The hotel is located in a lively area and are 2 minutes walking distance from shops. I have provided a good review back in March 2024 and I will continue to do so as my stay here was happy. I am looking forward in staying here again for next year 2026.
