Poor
Poor customer service! Extremely poor. Room smelled horrible, air not working. Had me wait and not have access to my room because they forgot to call me or notify me that on Mondays we had to check out and back in. I just got here late yesterday so this is ridiculous on their part. Tired worked 14 hours, not feeling well and starving. My food got cold and I still ended up going from the 9th floor to main floor 45 min later to fix the issue they created. No apologies to fix their mistakes and still currently sitting in a bad smelling room and no manager with talk to me. Don’t stay!!!!

Room was clean. Housekeeping came around in the morning offering more towels if needed. They have big bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion and hand wash. How sanitary is reusing bottles between your clientele? I thought it was rather gross and the body wash and shampoo was watered down. I know watered down products when I see them! Very few of the ice machines were working and was very frustrating to traipse all over looking for a working ice machine! They tried charging me a $10 parking fee, and I didn’t even drive!! They did remove it from my bill, after I complained.
It wasn’t worth the extra money to stay at this hotel. I’ll find a cheaper place with working ice machines!!

Stayed for one night with kids before my son was shipping off for boot camp.
Hotel is beautiful. Gym and pool area are nice, unfortunately no hot tub. Chose this hotel as that is where the recruits were staying and it allowed the kids a little more time with their brother before he left.
Beds were comfortable and the shower had good water pressure.
Restaurant inside of the hotel.
Breakfast was amazing, Buffet style dining with a wide varitey of options to choose from.
Would absolutely stay again.

NEVER AGAIN!
Several of my team members checked in, and a few hours later, the hotel room was also checked out to someone else. Thus, someone walked into their hotel room while they were inside the room. I can’t even begin to express the privacy concerns here, let alone the security concerns! What is more astounding is the property manager didn’t care one bit when all of these were reported!
