Finally some answers

We did some work with Brian and he was AMAZING!! We are still working through some things but he got us further than anyone else. He's definitely very personable and knowledgeable about the Hilton Honors program. Geat asset to the corporation.

Poor customer service

We stayed 2 weeks ago hotel was fine but we noticed they charged our credit card $100 as they said just a hold. Now two weeks have passed and this charge hasn’t been taken off the account and the hotel staff isnt very helpful trying to get this charge removed .

We had a good stay at this hotel. The room was big enough for three adults. The sofa bed was easy to operate, but the cushion was very worn out. The separate bedroom was of a decent size. The bathroom was clean and well stocked. However, many items in the room seemed aged and needed replacements. Breakfast was the highlight. The made to order omelette was very good. I did not like that the hotel charged for parking, esp given its suburban location.

We have stayed here before, and as we lived in the area previously, and have occasion to visit from time to time, expect this to be our go to hotel from now on. The hotel is very clean and comfortable, the amount of space for the price is unbeatable, and breakfast was surprisingly ample (including an omelette station). We will be back
