Awesome place to stay!!

Everything was great!! Comfy beds, fluffy pillows, air conditioner worked great! Location was perfect! Right next to everything! But my favorite part was the staff!! The Hispanic lady at the front desk was soooo nice and helpful!! I didn’t catch her name but just know she is a gem!!

Water bug cockroach, small elevator, dank room

The pool is merky, you get 1 scratchy towel per guest. Ice machine is only in the lobby, that's pretty far for the fourth floor. The free breakfast is okay waffles are the best part.
It's more about the location here. It's convenient to a nice restaurant and Kroger.
But, cockroach central outside!! None in the room thankfully! But, the room was nicely done but was very muggy, and great water pressure for the shower. The elevator is Very small and sometimes scary with the bumps and loud noises...
The pictures make it seem nicer than IRL.
Our pillows worked out but I saw others were big and fluffy in other rooms. Beds were a medium softness and I didn't mind it at all.
Big TV, and nice large fridge with microwave.
Basically you're paying for the location I wasn't totally disappointed but I think it's a bit over priced for what it is.

We stayed at this hotel because of location. The front desk was friendly especially the 2 guys at check in. Our room has a few maintenance issues ... we had a water leak over the bed closest to the bathroom .... there is a pin hole leak we reported it and maintenance said it was condensation from the A/C ... not reality. Memorial day was a little difficult because one of the elevators was down and so were the ice machines. Breakfast was great lots of options.
It served our needs for our family getaway

Rooms were not that clean. My daughter took a shower and then walked on the carpet after showering and got onto the bed and the bottoms of her feet were black. The carpet in the rooms was filthy.

Everything was great except the temperature in the breakfast room was very hot. No air circulation
