It was comfortable and clean. Receptionist was nice but busy to handle all by herself. The staff during breakfast was the best very attentive to my needs. They even watched my special need chil while I went to the bathroom or get breakfast for my other 2 children. The janitor was nice and helped watching my child while I went to get my car on the lower level. They were all great. I really enjoyed the hotel. I traveled by myself with my 3 children. We had a happy and safe stay. The laundry in the basement was convenient too.

Worst hotel

This is the worst hotel to go too. Not only they overcharged you without knowing. Someone walk into my room while I was sleeping. A stranger had my room card at 1am. That’s despicable! Not only that, no towels were available. I had to call several times to fix the water, no hot water. No toilet paper and no towel. I had to wait 2 hrs before someone brings it to my room.

Upon arrival at 10:30pm we were informed that our room had a leak in the ceiling, and unfortunately there were no other available rooms. The leak was from the above bathroom toilet into our bathroom and a trash can had been placed on the back of the toilet to catch the water. With little to no options we did stay (at least it wasn't over the bed). We were told to contact the General Manager the next day for modifications to our bill. I have called twice and emailed twice with no response. I held off on this review hoping to give the GM time to respond.

Could be better

The place is a bit dated but the people are very nice.The carpet in the room was gross.
The breakfast is just awful. Cold eggs served with Swedish meatballs. no bacon, no sausage, Swedish meatballs. Only one kind of bread...stale. Not sure what kind of bread it was. Not quite white and not quite whole wheat...dry.
I guess the waffles might have been good but not everyone eats waffles. no fruit and some gooey oatmeal.
I was only there one night but they could do better.

Hotel is easily accessible to highway and easy to find. It served as a place to crash for the night, but beyond that, it smelled like wet dog in the hallways (not on a pet friendly floor) and our shower was truly filthy. The free breakfast was pretty nice though. Huge fan of hotel waffle maker!
