I was disappointed when I arrived at the hotel because they were under renovations. I wish when booking the reservation they would have made it known, because I would have chosen to stay somewhere else. The fitness center was closed and the common areas were clearly in the middle of a renovation. Again, Expedia should have alerted me. This is the first time that I’ve been unhappy with a stay booked through Expedia.

The front desk was unhelpful and unresponsive after we checked in. The lobby was boarded up and under construction. We chose this hotel over others around for the pool for my daughter- it was closed with no warning or notice. Then our room had a dirty towel in it. Genuinely the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.

Property looks very nice from the outside. Inside it is outdated and has a musty smell. The staff are very friendly so no complaints there. A good updating on the inside and a good thorough cleaning is what this place needs.

We should have been informed about the hotel being under construction. Terrible smell oh lobby and hallways and a makeshift lobby. Not a good visit.

Well it’s not the properties fault, they were under construction, and had the floor on my floor, floor 3, 310 exactly, and then some guy tried robbing the storage container and shot a cop, it’s was on the news
