Excellent service. Great facilities( swimming pool, sauna, gym). Amazing choice of breakfast buffet. Out of the city centre but with very good bus connections or relatively cheap taxi ride. Definitely will stay there again

Junior suite perfect for family stay!
A two room accommodation with kings size bed in one room and sofa bed in the other room.
Dining table and chairs really helped a lot with room service meals.
Restaurant meals also good quality and good value.
View is of construction site but it was over the weekend so not noisy.
Great stay and recommend the room as a larger family room if the rooms with the two double beds leave no space for cots or prams.

I recently stayed at Leonardo Royal Oxford and overall, it was an okay experience. The communal areas and rooms were very clean and modern, with nice touches like newspapers, fruit, and drinking water available in the lobby. There was also a good coffee machine and nice selection of teas in the room, which was a bonus.
However, there were a few issues. Some of the towels were quite old and worn, and the shower flooded the bathroom when used. The toilet got stuck flushing at one point, and the barrier at the car park exit didn’t work properly. Although the room was comfortable, it wasn’t entirely soundproof – I was woken up a couple of times during the night by slamming doors and noise from other guests.
Despite these problems, the stay was generally pleasant thanks to the overall cleanliness and thoughtful amenities.

We have been regularly staying in your hotel for the last 3-4 years. Our stay has usually been pleasant. However, this particular stay was of a poor experience. Firstly, we were allocated a room (196) which was not accessible with a lift. My wife has a knee injury, and we tried to raise the issue with a member of staff (Brendan). However, Brendan was very unfriendly and unsympathetic about the situation, giving no apology and just casually offering to take our luggage upstairs himself. We were not at all informed about the lift situation prior to our arrival
There were a lack of essential ingredients for tea in the room (no milk, sugar and stirrers), and when we asked for room service, they said that no one would be available to deliver the ingredients for up to 45 minutes, leading to my son having to go to reception to pick up the ingredients himself. We understand that you were busy on the night, but we found this to be unacceptable. We had paid for the room in full, and deserved full hospitality, however, it is unfortunate that this was not provided.
We hope that this was a one-off experience, and that our experiences will be good in future and we don't have to complain again.

A pleasant enough hotel for an overnight stay ( think a step up on a travel lodge) friendly staff and clean though room a bit tired in places.
Ideal for a quick overnight trip . I think charging the guests for parking is a bit cheap and the pool is tiny.

Marco Pierre White Steakhouse Restaurant is currently open Monday to Saturday. Children (Under 16 years) must be supervised by an adult at all times: The adult must be in the water at all time. Maximum of 2 children per adult at any time. Babies, small children or toddlers must not be left unsupervised in carrier or pushchairs on the side of the pool. Last admission to Pool is 30 mins prior to close. Children are welcome in the pool until 8pm Monday – Thursday, and all day Friday to Sunday.
