A wonderful start from my vacation.

What a beauty this castle. I was there in May 2025 my 4th stay and this time I got the Wingham room. I always quest for another room.
It was a bit smaller but still bigger than I usually experience. Again also here; quality. Great bed who deals with my tiredness and the showers and their wonderful soap helps also. Personal staff is really wonderful and helpfull and I learn every time something new. The garden is also great. Allthought it is pity the fountain is still under repair. It was here I discover LEMONADE (am not from England) and I so like that. Also great double stacks pancakes with fresh fruit I so recommend.

Happy birthday celebration!

I hosted my birthday meal here for 20 guests, and stayed 2 nights.
What a fabulous time we had!
We had a few issues with heating, but the staff did everything they could to fix the issues. All the staff were wonderful. Special thanks to Abbie who was my contact, all the kitchen staff, waiting staff and the grounds men/ maintenance duo who we had a lovely chat with on a frosty morning walk.
The food was excellent. Our room was upgraded, and there was even a birthday card for me! Such a lovely touch! Thank you to the whole team who made our stay so wonderful.

A very poor experience

Hotel and grounds lovely but food, management and service absolutely appalling. Hugely disappointing and spoiled our break completely.
This hotel does not deserve a 4 star rating when the so called chef cannot boil an egg. Other residents were also complaining about the food and service as well as ourselves.

The Hotel seemed a bit lacking … just in that extra of what you’d expect when you are paying for an expensive stay! The staff were pleasant and the room was very nice but no toiletries in the changing room for the swimming pool. Finished dinners and glasses not cleared away. Seemed to be a bit short staffed and the music from the marquee was very loud until midnight. A nice stay but not coming away refreshed as planned unfortunately!

First rate service!

We chose Broome Park as a venue for an end of life celebration. It was a wise decision. The service extended to us by the events coordinator (Jo) was exemplary. A beautiful historic building in a stunning setting! Wonderful and plentiful food. Thank you
