We booked this last minute as my son was very sick and couldn’t travel. The staff were so helpful and kind, and the place was excellent value for money. Hard recommend.

Property itself is good, quiet peaceful. 24*7 manned.
The place is 5 - 8 minutes walk from Kyoto station. The only problem we faced was the complexity of Kyoto train station itself. Unable to find a proper direct path from north to south of the station. No joking one wrong turn could cost you 20 - 30 minutes of walking

Good location with shopping mall and supermarket next door and easy walking distance to the main train station. I could even do a run to Inari from here! Staff were friendly and helpful and speak English. Room was spacious for our family of five and comfortable to hang out in for a meal and relax after a big day out.

Highly recommended

The apartment we had was very spacious (we were travelling with the family with 3 adults) and super clean. There is also a washing machine in the bathroom (plus a drying function) and all manuals for it are also provided in English. The staff was also always very friendly and helpful. You can store your luggage when arriving early. The location is near the station and it is easy to walk to the building from the station. A shopping mall is nearby where we had breakfast every day. When we travel again to Kyoto, we would always choose this accomodation again for overnight.
