Modern structure that maintains the Alpine style.
Staff that knows how to fulfill your every wish, always available and attentive to customer needs.
Convenient location to reach the center of Castelrotto.

ABINEA Hotel, a very very pleasant weekend

Positive stay from all points of view.
SPA exceptional and superlative the terrace.
Excellent breakfast despite dinner, which was good but could be improved.
A pleasant surprise the snack.
Kindness and sympathy at reception and professional service at the bar and restaurant.

Comfortable hotel, well placed but service improveable

Modern, spacious and clean rooms. Nice terrace, excellent breakfast. Great location for mountain activities: skiing, hiking, walks within immediate range.
On the other hand, disappointment on the restaurant and bar side: unwarm service, sometimes expeditious, and lack of visible staff. Some employees do not speak English, which can complicate communication.
Spa and swimming pool not tested.
A good hotel for comfort and location, but needs to improve its welcome to be up to the standard.

Everything to the superlative

The best hotel in absolute.Ottima welcome, great room with jacuzzi and infrarossi.Ottimo sauna, great restaurant, great bar with wonderful cocktails, great food, great Spa, outdoor heated swimming pool wonderful .Grazie!

A wonderful hotel

A wonderful hotel in everything it offers, from the beautifully decorated rooms, the fabulous restaurant, the quality and diverse food. Breakfast with many options, the best espresso drunk in a hotel, great variety of drinks. Special thanks to Sergey who took care of us at every dinner, made very good recommendations of wines, prosecco, etc. The heated outdoor pool is a very pleasant experience. The hotel has indoor parking for cars, a ski equipment storage room with boot heaters. The free bus that takes you to the slopes has a stop in front of the hotel (9 minutes to Alpe di Siusi, 15 minutes to Ortisei). I really liked this hotel and I will come back. Thanks, Abinea.
