Conference event

Everything was well prepared as discussed before. All participants were satisfied. The technical support was competent and very helpful.

So bad!!!! Better book a mediocre hostel

Room card exchanged three times because broken. The rooms so small you can't even put your bag under. Every person over 1.75 is lost here. Everything very old, tinkered with, no fridge, no shelf. Bath so small the door won't even open. Also super old. Dripping shower at night. A bed (if you want to call the board on the wall a bed) with mattress from 1988, every feather noticeable. We booked wellness and drive managed and annoyed. The managers responsible were of course in a meeting...
Food in the restaurant was great, staff friendly but completely overwhelmed. Don't assume that you'll get a drink after 5pm without asking for half an hour. This was all just so bad that it's hard to put into words.

Fantastico rilassamento (in due)

If you need to spend a weekend with your partner, this is the right place.
If you are there for work, at the end of the day you will have the opportunity to shake off the fatigue of work.
Sure the price is a bit high but it is really worth it!

No restaurants nearby
No service room
Little room
No air conditioning
Gym opens late
Late wake-up calls.
They call "late" for the taxi to the airport, I was 30 minutes late.
Asking me for different amounts of money for the same menu.
They dont clean the room. Only if you ask.
All the info is in German; no english

Not for Business Trips

Single room beds are very narrow, as if for children.
All information is in German, so if you speak English, it's not enough.
Because it is an "ecological hotel":
*There is no air conditioning and they don't clean the rooms.
*If you like saccharine, bring it because they only have "natural" sugar.
*The place is far from restaurants, and the cafeteria is closed early, so if you arrive late, better eat at the airport or on the way to the hotel.
The hotel is nice, maybe for couples, but not for business trips where you want the basics to be right on time.
