5 Stars – Safe, Clean & Luxurious
This hotel was super clean and felt really luxurious. I felt completely safe the entire time thanks to the great security. A special shoutout to Mekdes — she was so helpful and truly inspiring. Her kindness made the stay even better. Highly recommend!

Sunset drinks in lovely setting
Lovely setting with even warmer hospitality from Bashir. Great way to see the sun down on a lovely day.
Beer and wine available on the waterside. Abundant bird life and maybe a hippo.
Great photo spot to capture the memories of the visit.

Trip to Awassa was awsome
People are nice.......food is good.......nice lake view,......weather is good.....they offer towels and drink on arrival....clean towels ....rooms are clean and near....room service are available all the time. clean wash rooms with enough towels

A beautiful experience away from home
Every moment was most comfortable. The room was clean, food excellent, staff were most courteous. No unusual noise, I got everything I needed in the room. The towels were clean and adequate, toiletries were enough. The ambience was serene

Wow
One of the best hotels in Ethiopia. Friendly stuff, amazing service and the stay was Extraordinary. They have nice view to the lake, clean and neat. The food was very tasty. They have many yards to play football, volleyball, basketball and ground tennis. Definitely I recommend Haile resort.
