Good hotel but simple
Nice hotel. Well located, comfortable room, varied breakfast and with good service. The only problem was the parking. Parking on the slope and tight. I do not recommend going by car. Outside it was all good. We asked for a crib for my baby and came a boy to put. He had a little trouble and I had to help. But nothing that would disrupt the hotel.

I recommend Nobile, service, cleanliness and comfort.
Recently, my wife and I stayed at the hotel Nobile Juiz de Fora and had a very satisfying experience.
From the beginning, the check-in was quick, convenient and the staff were quite friendly. Breakfast was great, with a good variety of options and all very tasty. The management and service team were efficient and attentive.
I would recommend the Nobile Juiz de Fora for those looking for a comfortable stay and friendly service.

Central location, but very noisy. Rooms are small in size, but with all equipment in working order. Very crowded breakfast with limited space for meals. Very friendly staff. I didn't use parking, but it was available. It seems suitable if you don't have to stay in the hotel for a long time...

Disappointed
During my recent stay at the Hotel, which took place between February 26th and March 1st, an unpleasant situation led me to reevaluate my experience as a guest.
In a moment of carelessness, I forgot a personal item of great sentimental and financial value in the room where I was staying: my favorite perfume. When contacting the hotel to retrieve the forgotten item, I was informed that it was not found in the room.
This news was deeply disappointing to me. As someone who trusted the hotel's reputation and trustworthiness, I expected that appropriate measures would be taken to locate and return forgotten items to their rightful owners. However, the lack of concern and diligence in searching for my belonging left me extremely disappointed.
I understand that unforeseen circumstances may occur, but I firmly believe that a renowned establishment such as the Hotel must demonstrate an unwavering commitment to the satisfaction and well-being of its guests. Trust is an essential component in any customer-company relationship, and the lack of initiative to resolve this situation considerably undermined my trust in the hotel management.
As a guest who appreciates service excellence and values attention to detail, I expected a more proactive and responsible approach from the hotel staff. Unfortunately, this experience left a negative mark on my stay.
I sincerely hope that the Hotel will review its procedures and take steps to ensure that similar situations are handled with greater care and consideration in the future. After all, the true quality of an establishment is revealed not only in moments of comfort, but also in the way they deal with challenges and setbacks.

Excellent option! Wonderful!
Excellent option in the center of Juiz de Fora. Great value for money. Very clean, comfortable, quiet, great breakfast, hairdryer in the bathroom, hygienic shower, safe, minibar, very fast elevator, excellent service, very friendly staff, free covered parking. Wonderful! I highly recommend it!
