Good cost and benefit

I stayed at the hotel in early December , the location is very good , I walked to the central market and it is close to the bus station , there are pharmacies and restaurants on the side , and Uber arrives fast . Good morning coffee and quiet room, stayed on the 13th floor

I love the hotel, convenient to many shops and restaurants. Just don’t like the city streets because it’s not very safe and dirty and smell. I guessed you can’t expect much from any big cities. Breakfast is wonderful, lots of varieties of fruits, etc. Friendly staff and cleanliness

Good hotel, but coffee could be better

We stayed for 5 days and overall the experience was good.
The hotel is well located in the center of BH, which makes it easy to get around on foot. But because it is in a central area, homeless people stay in front of the hotel. The nearby streets are also very dirty.
The rooms are good and comfortable. Beds, blankets and pillows are allergy-free and comfortable. For those who like it, the TV has few channels.
The breakfast leaves something to be desired. There is little variety and the same thing is served every day, not that this is bad, but the quality of the food is not very good. Some things have no seasoning and/or dry filling. The feeling is that things are not very fresh.
There is no cleaning service on Monday. In fact, BH and other cities practically do not open tourist attractions on Monday, which is a shame.
The staff are polite and helpful.
Due to the location, being two bedrooms, it ended up making up for it, the only thing I really found bad was the breakfast. It can be improved.

Reasonable

The surroundings of the hotel are horrible, for those from São Paulo it's similar to staying in Praça da Sé, you can't go out at night. The shower doesn't work, it's cold, it takes half an hour to heat up, that's when it gets hot, I had to take a cold shower most of the time.
The breakfast is ok!
The staff are super kind, the only good thing about the hotel!
I will not stay at this hotel again!

Very good!!

The hotel is in an excellent location, right in the hyper center of Beaga!! It's all renovated and brand new, it has a smart TV with YouTube and that's great, a wonderful breakfast, the cookies were divine!! My only reservation is that they don't provide dishes and cutlery to eat in the room, I thought that was really bad!
