As 8 years Diamond members, I may say this is one of the best Hilton branded hotels in the world. With very kind & professional staff, Clean room, Family friendly pool, and Superb breakfast which has variety of fresh selections. Also, my family enjoyed a lot at new executive lounge next to restaurant - evening cocktail & all day tea time. Special thank you to Jia Lee who remember my family with big smile at lounge desk. She was so much helpful. My family will visit this lovely place again & I personally recommend this facility to all of you guys. Enjoy ! :)

Doubletree Seoul Pangyo, very modern clean and friendly hotel!
We really enjoyed staying at this hotel! From the helpful pre-arrival emails to the very warm, courteous and friendly staff at the Doubletree Seoul Pangyo, our stay was extremely comfortable. The hotel was very clean, easy to find items, and the food was very good. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet in the main dining restaurant the Executive Lounge food as well. I feel that the staff went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Seoul. Though it is a bit outside Seoul itself, transport to the city was easy enough and there is a local hotel shuttle that can take you to shopping, restaurants and train stations if needed. Special regards to Jia and Ella for their help!

Surprised by the service of a luxury hotel!
We stayed for three nights in the middle of February. It was just our birthday, so the hotel cared about it and upgraded it two ranks. We are Gold members. On the day of our birthday, we received a congratulatory cookie and a handwritten message card in our room!
The corner room was bright, and I took a bath several times a day with a wonderful view. When I call him, he cleans my room immediately, which is perfect. Water, coffee and tea and towels were replenished perfectly.
I had one dinner at room service and it arrived in my room in 20 minutes after ordering and the volume was all large! The prices are reasonable for room service.
The convenience store in the building has only a minimum selection. Well, you can get beer and snacks in your room without any problems.
We had a sudden stomach ache at about 8pm that evening and unfortunately forgot to bring some of the medications from Japan. I looked into the convenience store and found no drugs at all. When I called the service from my room, the hotel didn't have one, and when I was in trouble, I forwarded the call to the concierge to ask for advice. The concierge introduced me to a pharmacy that was open 24 hours a day and gave me detailed directions. We took the hotel shuttle bus to get there, and on the way back it was a 15-minute walk, but it was a very polite guide. To be honest, I was surprised by the service of a five-star hotel.
The pool does not require a reservation, but is divided into five time zones per day, with one use restriction per day. Honestly, it's a small pool, so if you want to take a serious dip, you can go there at 6am or just after 8pm (children are not allowed at this time).
There are five gyms, only bicycles, and seven treadmills. I used it 2-3 times a day, and quite a few people use it. But towels and water are well prepared and well cleaned.
It is a 15-minute walk from the nearest station and shuttle buses depart hourly. If you don't have a big bag, you can walk away. There is no place to eat around the hotel. If you go to the station, you have many options.
The hotel's restaurant was served every morning, and again, the selection was as good as a five-star hotel. There is also natto in white rice. I was very satisfied with the Western and Korean food.
This time it was too cold to go to the park in front of the hotel because it was used in February, but there are rivers and parks in the area that are perfect for a walk, so I will look forward to the next one.

Just sad at checkout time I waited for 20 minutes for an elevator, and it was absolutely full of people every time
They will charge you a fee for absolutely anything
I’m a person who likes cold water so I was astonished to find out that ice was a five dollar fee and I’m pretty sure they cut off the refrigerator when someone arrives in the room I will give them this the rooms and the hotel are very nice marble everywhere. It is an elegant place and pretty clean, but it’s just the amount that they charge for the stupidest things. In our room meant for two adults they gave us two body towels, and one sink towel, medium sized, so we didn’t have any face towels also, for the weirdest reason there is a window that you can see through the shower, the full body of the person in the shower from the bed so if you’re into that go ahead, but I’m just saying that’s weird. That is the equivalent to putting two toilets basing each other with no protection in between.
