Ottime camere, molto spaziose, il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. Restiamo per 1 notte in una camera con letto singolo, il che non era poi così male. Il cibo del ristorante è molto gustoso, ho ordinato pancetta tostata e banana cono con una grande porzione di insalata e patatine. Se hai bisogno della password, ricordati di procurartela prima di lasciare la reception poiché non è nelle stanze. Grazie Greenfields ha davvero apprezzato il soggiorno

la mia esperienza è stata di pace e tranquillità con solo poche preoccupazioni che possono essere affrontate.
Grazie per averci dato l'opportunità di soggiornare a Greenfields. Il personale era eccellente e sempre gentile nell'assistere. Il soggiorno nella camera 16 è stato tranquillo e rilassante. Tuttavia, suggerisco che poche cose possano migliorare nella stanza in cui risiedevo.
1 . La pavimentazione necessitava di essere riparata. . . faceva così tanto rumore di notte quando andavi in bagno.
2 . la porta della doccia è così piccola che non è possibile entrare comodamente nella doccia.
3 . La tenda del bagno era molto sporca ed era strappata.
4 . Forse un comodino più grande lo renderà un po' più accogliente.
Verrò ancora in questo posto perché era sicuro e tranquillo.

Sala 12 - Rumore e fumi del generatore dalle 4:45!
Abbiamo soggiornato in questa guest house almeno 4 volte quando visitavamo dei parenti ad Alberton. Quando siamo entrati nella camera 12 dopo un lungo viaggio in auto da Underberg, siamo rimasti soddisfatti della camera, dei letti, della disposizione, di tutto! Tuttavia, alle 4:45, abbiamo avuto un risveglio molto brusco! Un generatore, che viene posizionato subito dopo l'avvio della stanza. Era così rumoroso all'interno della stanza che potevamo sentire le vibrazioni e i fumi che fuoriuscivano nella stanza. L'altro problema è che io e mia moglie siamo stati molto malati di bronchite e infezioni al torace e i fumi erano insopportabili per noi! Inoltre non partiremo da Johannesburg fino a stasera con un volo notturno e siamo già esausti! Ho inviato vari messaggi vocali e messaggi al numero WhatsApp fornito e ho ricevuto scuse molto deboli dal proprietario per lo spostamento del carico, ecc.! Francamente, questo non è un problema degli ospiti e avremmo dovuto essere avvertiti del problema imminente o semplicemente gli ospiti NON avrebbero dovuto essere messi in una stanza proprio accanto a un generatore. Al momento del check-out, abbiamo parlato nuovamente con il manager di turno che ha detto che avrebbe contattato il proprietario per un potenziale rimborso! Non speriamo in alcuna risposta o rimborso, ma contatterò la compagnia della mia carta di credito per richiedere un rimborso in questo modo! La guest house è carina nel complesso, la colazione è sempre ottima ma chiedete una camera tranquilla ed EVITATE la camera 12! !

Thank you for taking the time to review us and we are sorry that your experience with us was not to your expectations.
From our side, we are literally doing everything in our power to give the best service to our clients despite the massive power challenges we are facing in South Africa.
Last year we spent a massive amount to put in a solar system to be able to go off generator power during load shedding and it has been working amazing.
However last week we did not face loadshedding problems, Eskom our national power provider had serious problems with sub stations and these problems cannot be anticipated, therefore we did not know that the power was going to be off for such a long time, this was a cable error and breaker error at the power station.
So we did not know that we should not book someone in room 12, we also did not know that we are going to have a cloudy day so our batteries could not charge as they normally do.
Therefore when you sent us the whatsapp saying that it is 'common sense' that we should not book someone in that room was unasked for and really disappointing, as there was no way that we could have known this prior the power being cut off for us. Our hands were literally tied and we could not do anything else but to start the generator as our kitchen needed to start preparing breakfast and our guests that go to work early had to have hot water.
You also said that we should not make our problem your problem, and this was literally the last thing we were doing, it costs us a lot of money to run generators and we do it FOR our guests. I hope that you can see that there is literally nothing else we could have done to prevent us from going on generator power.
We do understand that it is a noise that is not nice having, but if you stayed in South Africa you would know that this is something that one just has to bear with now and then.
We did nothing wrong from our side as we just tried our best to work with an unpleasant and unexpected problem and they did not want to issue a refund. No other guests complained and everyone understood the situation.
You were also not happy with a 50% refund that was offered from our side.

3° soggiorno
Questo è stato il nostro terzo soggiorno qui ed è stato fantastico, come sempre, dal 29 settembre al 5 ottobre.
Tutti sono sempre cordiali e disponibili, le camere sono sempre pulite e ordinate e i giardini sono sempre ben tenuti.
Abbiamo fatto solo la colazione ma sono sempre gustose e appena preparate.
Complimenti alla squadra di Greenfields.
Torneremo presto.

Il personale era molto cordiale e disponibile. Il cibo era delizioso e fresco. Il prezzo del cibo era molto ragionevole. Il giardino e la mia camera erano belli e puliti. Ero lì per affari. Grazie Shaberah cristiani
