I think the concierge service is very good.They helped me solve many problems and gave praise to the concierge McClung..

I'm from the Moroccan team. The last time I came to China, I ordered a lot of takeout. The concierge reminded me that it had been delivered and had it sent to my room by a robot. Later, I bought many packages and he also helped me collect them. Thank you very much.

is to sleep.

Rooms are simply furnished like 3-star business hotels
Breakfast is crowded, not enough space and no room service
Poor soundproofing is the biggest failure.
The door was porous with big slits and the sound of the hallway and the door closing in the next room was very clear.
Even the soundproofing by the window can clearly hear the conversation in the next room
Pros: The waiter has a good attitude

This hotel is very good, with a very convenient location. There is a subway station and a bus stop right outside, and it is only two stops away from Beijing West Station. Adam from the concierge department provides very friendly and courteous service
