3.性价比:可住性很高，出差旅游首选，四星级酒店来说，性价比蛮高的
4.设施设备：酒店是新中式风格，房间全屋智能，出差旅游来说，省事方便，配备餐饮，酒吧，健身房，地下停车场，满足我一切需求
5.周边:在广场旁边，靠近万达和洪洋广场，具备购物，吃饭，玩乐
