Simple, but enough

Simple (very simple...) hotel in Con Son. Cheap, clean, and quite comfortable. They let me do check out at 13 pm (I had snorkeling tour). If you are looking for a place to sleep and rest, it's a very good option....

small rooms

budget hotel with no frills, good service and friendly staff but value for money, bike rental was easy and cheap. concierge was happy to ride out and show us where we wanted to go and was very helpful. rooms wre small but comfortable

Would not recommend

We book to stay at this hotel for 6 nights but did not even stay for one. The room we were given smelt really musty so we asked to move. The next room was only slightly better. There is no easy access to the beach and the guy on reception couldn't even look up from his computer game when we arrived.

Good cheap hotel

I was really happy with my stay at this hotel given it was so cheap. The room was clean and very comfortable. The water pressure in my shower wasn't great but that's my only complaint. The owner is very friendly and helpful, though she doesn't speak much english. The location is great, so close to the ocean and right in town. There is also a really nice bar/cafe attached to the hotel which has good reasonably priced drinks. I would definitey stay here if I ever return.

Good value

Stayed here for 4 nights and was pleased. Basic, clean, and affordable rooms. Staff was friendly. Nam, the owner/manager was very kind. Americans might find the beds to be hard and should be aware that the bathroom is a wetroom so there is no separate shower. The cafe next to the hotel offers a good breakfast and nice place to relax. The english menu doesnt show everything; look at what other diners and point to what you might want.
