Concierge: Very respectful, well spoken, professional, attentive, informative. As well as accommodating to the guest as they check them. Checking did not take long at all very quick process.
I stayed in the Queen's Superior Room/w Balcony, it was ABSOLUTELY beautiful!!!
The cleanliness of the room was perfection, smelled very nice upon entering!!!
The bathroom was CLEAN to perfection. Thats one of the first things i check in my room whenever i stay at a hotel.
The Balcony overlooked the pool area which is very beautiful at night. As well as the view of city at night it was very beautiful!!!
My Husband & I found it to be very romantic
& private which was great, Our floor was nice & quiet ♥️.
As we woke up that morning, there was a small poblem that arised & once we brought it to the morning staffs attention it was QUICKLY & EFFICIENTLY resolved without hesitation. I would like to Thank Ms. Lou for her help, & professionalism. As well as Ms. Treasure she went above & beyond for me & my husband. Wash. Plaza is truly lucky to have her apart of thier family.
