Lente training
Leuke plek, schoon, vriendelijk. Twee kwesties - zwembad was in aanbouw en was niet bewust gemaakt bij boeking en ontbijtbuffet was redelijk maar een beetje prijzig. Anders dat een geweldige tijd en ik zou daar in de toekomst blijven

Zeer teleurstellend
De locatie van dit hotel is geweldig om naar verschillende delen van Tampa en de omliggende gebieden te gaan. In dat opzicht was het handig. De shuttle was behulpzaam naar / van de luchthaven.
Hoewel het personeel over het algemeen vriendelijk was, leken ze over het algemeen incompetent te zijn. Ze brachten de verkeerde creditcard in rekening nadat ze hadden uitgelegd dat de kaart moest worden gewijzigd. Ze brachten honderden dollars in rekening aan dezelfde CC die niet had mogen worden gebruikt en niemand kon de reden verklaren. Na 5 dagen wacht ik nog steeds op een reactie van de manager. Een ober in het restaurant zei dat ze geen menu's hadden toen ze dat deden. Het toilet in een van de kamers bleef draaien. We kregen nooit te horen dat het zwembad gesloten zou zijn, dus moesten we naar een ander hotel pendelen om van het zwembad te genieten. Onze kamersleutels werkten constant niet meer.

Gewoon oke
We verbleven hier slechts een nacht na het vliegen naar TPA, dus het is een korte rit van de luchthaven en dat is leuk. Dat gezegd hebbende, het is gewoon een prima Doubletree. Personeel was erg aardig en kamers waren bijgewerkt. Ze waren echter bezig met renovaties aan het zwembad, dat was geen probleem, want we waren er gewoon 's nachts, maar dat was niet bekendgemaakt tijdens het boeken en ik denk dat dat behoorlijk schaduwrijk is. Als ik daar met kinderen was en het had een zwembad moeten hebben en dat was het niet, zou ik gek geweest zijn. Ook kregen we de kamer opgesloten omdat de batterijen in de deur doodgingen, ook geen groot probleem, maar het was vervelend om meerdere keren terug naar de receptie te moeten gaan om het uit te zoeken. Lobby bar was ook goed, niets bijzonders. Als u gewoon op zoek bent naar een snel overnachting zal deze plek volstaan, maar voor zover een langetermijnhotel voor een vakantie zou ik zeggen kijk elders.

Blijf weg tijdens renovaties
De volgende problemen: Geen zwembad, ijsmachines tijdens renovaties. In de kamer was airconditioning warm, de douche liep niet weg, ijzervlek op de bank. Veel lawaai vanwege de bouw, maar meestal in de lobby op het moment van ons bezoek. Ontbijt en personeel waren prima.
