Disgusted!!
We booked a room for the week, ant they gave us a handicapped room. When we questioned it, we were told that we booked it, which was BS!! The manager was awful!!! She was to call us in several occasions but didn’t want to be bothered. I have pictures of the room. There was mold in the bathroom, the handicapped stool was ripped, drains in the carpet etc… it is not even a 3 star. I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. $1800.00 paid… not worth it!!!! We gave the manager a chance to respond and do something but instead she chose to ignore us. The problem was there was a race and do everything was booked. Yet we booked early and if they told us it was a handicapped room, we had time to look somewhere else. But she knew that we weren’t gonna be able to go anywhere else because we didn’t find this out all day of arrival and we arrived at around 2:30 in the morning.

Mrs. Lynneah, you very well know this review is highly incorrect. It was explained MULTIPLE times to you and your husband, from check in to check out, that YOU booked the handicap king room through Central Reservations with Wyndham. We made absolutely no changes to your reservation at any time. I urge you to check you email confirmation from Wyndham, which will show a description of the room type you booked. Your husband spoke with the Assistant General Manager, Megan, on 2/17 after he rudely disrespected the front desk agent on duty and it was explained AGAIN that you indeed booked a handicap king room. We also went above and beyond and had that same desk agent shampoo your carpet to resolve the issue because we could not move your room due to being sold out. You were also told if you were unhappy with your room you were welcome to check out. We do not know the availability at other hotels, only our property.
No one ignored you at any time. Management and the desk agents responded to you each time you inquired about the room type booked. Your only issues you stated at the time were the room type YOU booked and the dirty carpet which we resolved. You even made it a point to look for him the next day to thank him for taking care of your carpet. I apologize you are unhappy that you did not get a refund, but there was no reason for a refund when the issue was resolved and you booked the incorrect room type.

Hotel had. An odor through out hotel and specially rooms ! Carpet was very soiled and bath tub faucet so over tightened we had to call front desk to have someone come up to open it and then we couldn’t get it turned off without over tightening It again so it would stop dripping ! Out dated all over and very dimly lit in rooms and bathroom , so could barely see good enuf because of lighting to do my make up in morning ! Overall not nice , very outdated and not clean ! Dingy ! We were very disappointed and paid $200 for the night ! Definitely not worth it!

Good with one major complaint.
This is an older motel, but still in decent condition. Much of it seems to havebeen redone. The breakfast was good and the staff was helpful. I had one major complaint and that is why I marked it down one star the carpeting in our room room number 115 was horrible Old old old and badly stained, and I would not put my bare feet down on that carpet. I also thought there could be a little bit better attention to the sweeping and mopping on the tile area, particularly in the corners. I know that I am picky, but I have stayed in many many hotels on business and Pleasure I expect five stars even in smaller less elegant establishments
