Loud music and revving engines ALL NIGHT LONG. I have never given a poor review before to anyone, as I usually just don't return. The Hyatt was nice overall, and the staff was friendly. The reason that our 3 night stay was miserable was that the back side of the building is apparently a congregating spot for partying at 1:30AM each and every night (maybe when the nearby bar closes?) We were unable sleep at all with revving engines, loud/drunken yelling, and automotive sound systems that rattled the windows. They offer a premium price for "higher floor rooms" and this must be why, but on the 3rd floor it was unbearable. Do not stay here, but if you do be sure to be facing the front of the building.

Four adults in our 50’s checked in. We brought our stuff to room. Then walked around old Town Scottsdale. One of our party started feeling ill. We called to see if they would extend some compassion, grace, & empathy, which they did NOT. Ended up paying months in advance for a non-refundable room. There was no policy to be a kind human being. We were very disappointed in the Hyatt Place in Old Town Scottsdale and their total lack of serving the customer.

I had an amazing stay at the Hyatt Place in Scottsdale! The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Old Town, just steps away from fantastic restaurants, shops, and nightlife. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making check-in a breeze and offering great recommendations for exploring the area. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and super comfortable, with a cozy bed and a nice little kitchenette that came in handy. The free breakfast was a huge plus—plenty of options to start the day right. The pool area was a relaxing bonus after a day of sightseeing. I’d absolutely stay here again—great value for such a prime spot in Scottsdale!
