Great stay in downtown Reno!

Loved the space, relieved to stay in a hotel in downtown Reno without gambling and smoking.
Reception was super nice, friendly, and helpful. Same with valet folks when I had to leave a bag with them for a day. Cafe happy hour was delicious and service was perfect. Only recommendation: some of the lights in the room use a very cold and harsh bulb - more like a hospital than a hotel. If all lights used warm-toned bulbs, the lighting would be much more welcoming.

Great stay and location-

Great stay! Staff was super kind and welcoming. The restaurant was great, the rooms have great views- even though older building- super clean and remodeled. Would stay again and close to all casinos and riverwalk-
Enjoyed the amaizng rock climbing wall- that’s such a fun thing to do while there

Well Cared For and Family Friendly

This hotel was lovely! The rooms were well decorated and cared for, the restaurant was delicious, and it had unique amenities (including a climbing gym)! It seemed like an excellent family location, as well! The staff were all quite kind and well prepared to assist with any needs you may have.

Great property, perfect for pets!

While Reno might not be a top tourist destination, this hotel is top notch—especially if you want to travel with your dog. Great location, clean rooms, and perfect for pets. There’s a very nice dog park and a stretch of real grass approximately a block away.
Though the front desk staff might not be the friendliest, the valet crew and rest of the staff are cheerful and welcoming. The parking structure is a short distance away, with varying prices. Ask the hotel staff about the $12/day parking pass with in & out privileges. If you drive an EV, you’re in luck—there are charging stations in the parking garage. If I were to return to Reno, I wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else except here. Thank you, Whitney Peak!

Splendid Stay!

We selected this hotel as a stopover on our Amtrak route. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we were visually pleased by the stunning decor. The room was very cozy, had awesome views, and went beyond our expectations.
The customer service was impeccable throughout the hotel. There was the seamless check-in/ check-out process. Inclusive of a late check-out due to our hotel status.
Too, the lounge was a welcomed perk. The A.M. access allowed us access to coffee and juices to jump start your day. In contrast, the evening lounge included: hors d'oeuvres, fruits and veggies that were perfectly harvested, and tasty sweets. Too, the more than reasonably priced top shelf spirits was impressive. Ashley and Amber made our evening visit to the longe feel more like home. Their genuine acknowledgement and attentiveness added an extra bonus to our stay.
We would definitely stay here again!
