The hotel was great value for money. Located in a leafy side street away from the traffic but just 2 blocks from the beach
Plenty of recent eateries nearby and round the corner from the hop on hop off bus stop. Yes the decor is a bit dated but the room rate and location more than make up for the cosmetic imperfections. Helpful staff, especially Paula on reception.

I wouldn't come back.

I wouldn't come back. I had the bad decision to book from booking but with an offer from a "collaborator", I chose a room a little more expensive than the most basic. Once we arrived at the hotel and we were given the room I see that we were given the cheapest room that I had seen in pictures and I didn't like it at all, so I had decided to pay a little more for the category that followed. With a decoration that they describe as "eclectic" but for me it is honestly in bad taste, I warn the receptionist and she very willing tried to solve it but says that in the reservation was listed the room with double bed but did not clarify which category, and I could not give the one that I had paid because I did not say, the only thing that could do is change us even to a room that looked a little more spacious. But beyond the decoration the bed was very old, you sank and made a lot of noise with any movement, the bathroom without tiles, the dark shower because the light did not come when you closed the curtain, and the floor was depressing, I bathed with eyelets because it disgusted to step on the floor. Therefore my experience was to pay usd 225 per night (very expensive for going in spring break season without knowing) for a room that would not have paid usd50. I only rescue that the employees both the receptionist and the maid were very loving and helpful.

We saw some negative reviews and were a bit worried, but our experience was very good. Our room was large, clean, and very comfortable bed. Front desk staff were very accommodating, and let us into the room ahead of check out time, as we had disembarked a cruise ship early morning. Staff were kind and caring. I would be happy to stay there again.

Bad experience. Undue collection.

INDISPUTABLE BURDEN...
Double charge...
I am a travel agent, I sold to my client and the reservation was paid in full to AZUL VIAGENS and the HOTEL at the check-out charged the customer the full amount again and we have tried to contact by E-MAIL, WHATS, INSTA, FACE, TELEFONE and we have no answer.
I expect a position from the hotel. That responds to the emails that have been sent and that resolves the situation.

A team that really cares about their customers!

It is difficult to find empathetic and humane customer service like this hotel. An error in the system generated an unexpected charge on my card for a reservation I did not use. However, what really defines the quality of a service is not the absence of problems, but how they solve them.Paula at Front Desk and her manager Iana demonstrated exceptional care, always ready to help and resolve any situation quickly and empathetically.
Faced with a doubt with my reservation, they not only listened carefully, but quickly reviewed every detail and found the best solution. Their commitment to the client and warmth made the whole process transparent and stress-free.
I had already stayed years before at this hotel and definitely a team that prioritizes its guests and provides impeccable service. I would recommend them without hesitation and will definitely consider them on my next trip to Miami!
