Amazing staff, very helpful. Adrian and Diego at the front desk always helped. Breakfast is good, pool is cleaned every morning. Would stay again

Safe in room didn't work, guy tried to keep my cash deposit and not give it back, like was stated. He said bye like I would forget about it, and leave. I didn't forget.

This hotel would be great if they could Just get it together. We stay here because it’s convenient with family close by. I was given one of the remodeled rooms. It had a dehumidifier that was not emptied by the staff so it kept beeping as soon as we walked in. I had to empty it myself. This trip the internet didn’t work, the tv only started working as we were checking out. Sounds small but it’s big to a 10 year old and a student with assignments to do,
The staff is always helpful and the breakfast is good. (Just early). It’s in a convenient location with gas, stores, beach and restaurants close by. It just needs to finish the upgrading.

Everyone was great room was great but was infested with roaches they were in the microwaves fridge bathroom everywhere it was disgusting they to fix that asap

the pool was very dirty, the room smelled bad and the carpet was dirty, it needs to be washed.
