As I explained on the phone, we only had your card on the reservation. The person you said was going to pay for your 3 rooms has still not contacted us with a different card. The 5 to 7 business days is the credit card processing time it would take to send a credit once we have a different form of payment and that is beyond our control. You said you would get the card holder to call with the correct number that should be charged for the 3 rooms you stayed in and I still have not heard from him. I have called the number you left for with me for him numerous times.
I am happy to resolve it for you once a different method of payment is given and again, the time it takes to process is simply beyond my control, which seemed to be your major issue when you talked to me.
I will reach out to both you and him again today in a continued attempt to resolve this for you.

Medewerkers waren geweldig, maar het gebouw was verschrikkelijk.
De medewerkers waren zeer behulpzaam, dus dat is het enige lichtpuntje.
