Comfort. Great shower and glued at Disney. Complete kitchen.
It is an amazing and comfortable apartment. A king suite and another qto. Powerful shower and very complete kitchen to make any meal. Automated curtain. Great service. 20 dollars. Close to Disney, but away from the rest.

My deposit is still AWOL
I recently gave a positive review right after our stay there on dates 4/20-4/26/25. However,I am changing my 5 star rating to a 3 based on customer service after the fact. We were charged a refundable deposit of about $120 that, by the way, was not indicated in the itinerary when we booked the hotel. That is all well and good, i understand. However,it's been a month since we checked out of the hotel,and I still don't have ny refund,even though I called 2 weeks after to make sure there wasn't an issue with the room that ended with us being charged for damges somehow. I was told then,that it takes 7-10 business days to get the money refunded. I was also notified by the gentleman I spoke to that the hotel had already released my deposit to my bank,according to their records,and that I should just call my bank to see if they were holding my funds for some reason. I called yesterday (5/25/25) since i had not noticed any uodates to my account,(btw i know my bank doesnt "hold" funds coming in for that long)...and spoke to Ashley,the shift supervisor, who now tells me that the policy for debit card transaction is to wait upto 30 days until the money gets cleared...she also said she would email me a receipt showing we were cleared from any charges and that the deposit would be on its way...the inconsistency with the policy is making me suspect I won't be getting my money back...I don't know about you but integrity is important for a business,doesnt matter that its only $120,its my $120 and we kept the room undamaged and kept our end of the bargain;the hotel should keep theirs. I am still waiting, Ashley. I also shouldn't have to call you guys every week to follow up on my deposit...that's poor customer service...also no emailed receipt as of this postingdisappointed!

Our stayvwas fantastic. We spent 2 nights while in Florida to visit Disney. The property was close to the park which was great. The hotel offered a breakfast buffet and it was really good. Very nice toom, very clean hotel.

Room was clean and neat, I'm very satisfied with room, great customer service. Everything meet my expectations. I would recommend this hotel to anyone going to Disney or in Orlando itself. Happy customer.
