The place was great super nice staff. Vincent though is the G.o.a.t friendliest cool guy. Front desk was very helpful and always accommodating to anything we had issues with. The area is very nice with a couple of restaurants within walking distance. Overall great experience.

Decent Stay
My hotel stay was decent, but didn't quite meet my expectations. The location was excellent, making walking to shops, restaurants, a movie theater, and mini-golf easy. However, the hotel fell short in a few areas based on its advertisements. Their restaurant and lounge was promoted as a whiskey bar, but they served my Old Fashioned in the wrong glassware, which caused the large ice cube not to fit in the bottom of the glass. Additionally, I was charged $35 for early check-in, but the hotel did not fulfill that service. There was no acknowledgment or refund issued for the inconvenience.. No acknowledgment or refund was issued.

5 star hotel
Place is fantastic customer service is amazing complementary water Vincent is perfect . Ballet is great. Bar is great food is good. It's nice to be able relax and have a nice vacation and hang out with some friends. Lots of place to entertain yourself with beautiful atmosphere

Not the usual experience.
We have stayed several times, all with a very positive experience. However, we stayed one night on 4/19/2025 with less than a positive experience. First, the shower water valve handle was not attached to the valve in the wall. The handle is brass and quite heavy which could easily injure a foot or toe. More importantly, the representative at the desk said she was "sorry". No effort was made to ask if there was anything else out of place. I also noticed the sheets were worn to the point of having "pills" on the fabric.
When we met our son later in the morning, we learned their AC was not working in their room.
This is one of nicer places to stay in College Station so hopefully they are going to address the maintenance issues.

LOVE it!
We LOVE staying here - the staff is amazing, the beds are comfy, etc.!!! The service is always great, everyone is super friendly, and they are always there to help out! Love the new food addition as well. I also need to buy the candles when I leave - the signature smell is amazing!
