Kamer had geen bureau, maar enorm conferentietafel met 8 naugahyde draaistoelen; niet precies rustgevend en home-achtige
* ik was absoluut genegeerd, konden niet geserveerd, door de barman in de bar van het hotel is luxe restaurant en uiteindelijk net vertrokken.
* De receptionist mij toegangscodes. vijf verschillende malen rond 8 : 30 00 terwijl ik aan het praten was voor mijn vrouw om te vragen hoe mijn kamer was. Dit is erg opvallend service, in mijn opinie.
* De douche in mijn kamer werkte niet erg goed. Het lipje op het bad kraan om gebruik te maken van de douche was vastgelopen of gebroken en kon ik alleen krijgt een zwak stroompje water uit de douchekop terwijl water bleef pour uit het bad kraan.
*De plek is een beetje vervallen - - dringend instorten gips in het zwembad; slecht slecht worden en bekrast tafels in de gemeenschappelijke eetzaal.
Pluspunten:
*Vriendelijk personeel
*fatsoenlijk warm ontbijt, beter dan gemiddeld voor hotel gratis ontbijten
heb ik de neiging om de plaats 3 sterren totdat ik had de ontmoeting met de douche vanmorgen.
Ik kom naar Birmingham heel vaak en er zijn, gelukkig, veel andere hotels om uit te kiezen. Zullen hier niet weer.

I do apologize you did not like the upgraded room as we typically get very positive feedback on our conference rooms as some guests like to have the additional space.
