Friendly staff. Riley was very attentive and friendly at evening check in. Seemed there was some repairs happening. Smell in the halls from water damage maybe. They had heaters and he humidifiers running. Pool was warm and fun for kids. Room was clean and comfortable. Recommend they upgrade the tissues- very rough on the nose. There is breakfast but we unfortunately missed it. Wish they served a bit later on weekends. Would stay again.

Just ok

The staff is very friendly and I was impressed with their kindness.
The room needed a good, deep cleaning. The floors were clearly dirty and the shower had quite a bit of mold with a weird smell. Breakfast was very mediocre, some items were not very hot. If the rooms were more clean, I’d feel better about staying here. I noticed the dirty tiles upon entering the room.

First room had a soiled mattress cover which the staff quickly addressed. They handled it well, and moved us to a second room while they changed it. Our room was not as clean as I would have expected as the hotel appears quite new, and the price was not a budget hotel. Lack of attention to detail by the cleaning staff. The king bed also had a slight dip in the middle. It wasn't terrible, but a bit disappointing for the price.

1st room had electrical issues. 2nd room was fine, but had a sofa and one wheeled chair. My wife and I had a meal and with only one chair available I stood and ate. The desk was the only place to sit the food and eat.
Breakfast was ok, but had to warm the coffee and food as it was just warm, not hot.

Hotel had recently had a major water issue so there were fans and air filters and the third floor had major work being done, wish we had known in advance. Definitely smelled of an issue on the fourth floor. The beds weren’t very comfortable and the room had trash on the floor and the shower wasn’t that clean. The toilet paper holder was coming out of the wall and clearly has been redone with the holes in the wall next to it. Breakfast was alright and the staff was friendly and kind.
