This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform Hendham House of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of GBP 50 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note check-in is from 15.00 until 23.00. If you expect to arrive outside these hours, please inform Hendham House at least 2 days in advance. Arrivals after 23:00 must inform the property in advance and will be subject to an additional charge of £10 per hour. Guests must show a valid photo ID upon check-in. Please note there is no disabled access in the building. A surcharge of £10 per hour applies for any arrivals early/after check-in hours and any departures early/after check-out hours. All requests for early/late arrival and early/late departure are subject to confirmation by the property.
