Would highly recommend!
Excellent value, great location, comfortable, nice sized room, newly refurbished - what more could you want?! It is all done to a high quality spec. I have stayed many times here and have seen the refurbishment take place over the last year or so - great to see the changes :-)

Genuinly Don't understand why everyone is so nice about the staff. The only positive reviews I saw where about the staff but not only where they rude and lightly aggressive they didn't bother giving me hotel WiFi password or anything. I have to add more words according to the website for some reason but I don't want to say anything else because I have nothing kind to say

Rooms were new beautiful, loved my stay
Newly refurbished hotel, excellent location, was very near all central london site places, 1 min walk to metro, receptionist were very kind and helpful, booked me a taxi to heathrow, clean room would recommend, see photos that i have attached

A Cozy Haven in Central London
I recently stayed at a hotel Olympia and had a fantastic experience. The room and bathroom were spotless and had a cozy, homely feel that made my stay very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The location was excellent, situated in central London and very close to the railway station, making it convenient for exploring the city. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting London.

Prepaid for the room.. only to be told they where fully booked and refused a refund
I booked a single room on their website, and prepaid for a two day stay here - when I tried to check in on November 15th, they had no record of my booking (I had an email with a booking confirmation), and told me that they could not give me a room. I was informed that I would receive a refund via bank transfer for my stay, and asked to find another hotel room in London, without any support from them. They told me that this had happed to them before. Seven phone calls, three emails later, and over two weeks later, I still have not received an email, and staff refuse to tell me when a manager will be in to authorise the refund. They no longer answer me when I call them. They have also refused to put this incident in writing, so I can’t receive compensation from my travel insurance.

Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property has reduced reception and service operating hours. A damage deposit of GBP 200 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
