Ondergrondse parkeergarage is krap maar de moeite waard.

We are sorry to hear the mood lighting featured in your room was not to your liking on this occasion. We are currently having our heating/lighting systems upgraded throughout the hotel so we are confident this will resolve the issues you mention here.

Thank-you for taking the time to provide your valuable feedback further to your recent stay with us here. We are disappointed to see overall you felt the experience was underwhelming, this certainly isn't how we hope our guests leave feeling!
At Malmaison Cheltenham; we have a range of room types available ranging from 'Cosy Double' to 'Executive Suite'. Should you be looking to stay with us again, we definitely recommend browsing an alternative room type as from your comments it certainly seems a larger room would have been more to your liking.
We are pleased you found the dinner service in Chez Mal Brasserie enjoyable, but we are concerned to read your comments regarding breakfast service the next morning. At Malmaison we pride ourselves on providing high quality, personable service to all of our guests - so it is very disappointing to hear that on this occasion you did not get to experience this level of service. The issues you note in your feedback here are unacceptable, and we'll be sure these are passed over to our Brasserie management team to investigate and put corrective action in place, so moving forward these issues will not re-occur.
We hope you'll give Malmaison Cheltenham another chance in the future, to provide you with a stay to the standards you have come to expect from us.

Geweldig hotel
Goed ontbijt, kleine parkeerplaats op het terrein die vooraf gereserveerd moet worden.

Onder het gemiddelde eten en te veel voor drankjes
Tijdens de maaltijd vroeg onze serveerster ons constant om dit en dat te upgraden of extra bijgerechten te bestellen. Ik verwacht dit in een pub, of bij TGI's, niet in een zogenaamd chique restaurant.
De laatste druppel kwam toen we de rekening gepresenteerd kregen, die een extra fles rode en witte wijn had (een extra 70 in totaal). Ik zie echt niet hoe die 'fout' had kunnen worden gemaakt.
We zullen niet terugkeren.

Firstly, we are pleased to read you felt the ambiance of the Brasserie was pleasant upon entering. We are disappointed to read however that you didn't feel this standard continued throughout your experience. Malmaison's sharing boxes are a new item within our menu and it is good to hear your feedback regarding these, we are sorry to hear that these were not to your liking. Furthermore, you felt that the steaks and sea bass you ordered for your main courses were underwhelming - it does not sound up to our usually high standards we are proud to provide and we are pleased to read the Brasserie team picked this up and removed the item from your bill - we can only apologise that we did not get this right to start with.
We do hope that on your next visit to Cheltenham you'll choose to give Malmaison another chance for dining, we would be thrilled to be able to show you how a visit should really be.

We are pleased to read you felt the hotel to be situated in a good location, the Montpellier area of Cheltenham we are located in certainly is a gem! It is great to also hear you found our rooms to be well appointed, but that they were slightly smaller than you liked.
We are disappointed to read you felt our Brasserie to be underwhelming when you chose to dine with us; we are proud to provide excellent quality foods at good prices through our various deals and offers - so it is a shame to hear that on this occasion you didn't feel satisfied.
