Enjoyable stay

Host was very welcoming. We had a lovely room and it was perfect for what we needed for the 2 nights whilst visiting family in the area. Great location. Great value. Very clean. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect place to stay - friendly and very welcoming

We had a wonderful stay for two nights. The hotel is very clean and comfortable and the family who run Allington House are welcoming and friendly with helpful advice on how to get into central Cambridge. The cooked breakfast was one of the best we've ever had - hot and tasty. There is a bus stop just a couple of minutes walk away in the same road so its easy to get into the city centre but we also walked. There is a good variety of 'chain' restaurants about 10 minutes walk away. We would highly recommend the hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Lovely little b & b

We had a lovely couple of nights here. The staff are very friendly and the rooms are very clean with a comfy bed. We had a full english on both mornings which was piping hot with loads of toast.
The complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits in the room is a lovely touch. We would definitely stay here again the next time we visit Cambridge.

Perfect place to stay in Cambridge

Very nice hotel in a classic english style! Perfect place to stay. Very clean and comfortable room, staff is friendly. Hotel is situated near the railway station and in a wolking distance from the city centre. And English breakfast was fantasic. I can recomande this hotel to all my friends

Friendly, welcoming B&B

My son stayed here last week as a young solo traveller and couldn’t have been made more welcome by Elizabeth.
His room was comfortable and clean and had everything he needed for his 2 night stay.
The location was good, not too far from the station - and only 25 minute walk from the leisure park with a selection of restaurants/food outlets.
There was a good and plentiful breakfast selection and all in all much better value for money than the hotels in the local area.
We would definitely book again if he returns to Cambridge.
