Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. For the reservations where prepayment is needed, guests are required to pay via 3D secure system in order to guarantee reservation. Please note that entrance to hotel SPA and Mikvah bath have limited opening time: only for men 06:00 - 14:00, only for women 14:00 - 18:00, opening time for all is from 18:00 till 22:00. Please note that the dishes during Shabbat Friday dinner and Saturday lunch are served when booking half board.
