Maybe ( surely) the best small Beach resort in Koh Samui !!That’s why I am a returning guest (3 rd time ! )

Staff very professionnal and friendly : THANKS to Leo and Angel .. to A at the Tours and Travels desk , to Kwan always listening to improve the quality of the restaurant, to Aom smiling everytime … and to Moï and Wat at the pool and Beach !
The house keeping is also excellent and discret.
All these reasons make of me a several times happy returning customer .

Hammer Hotel 10/10 Location, room, breakfast & pool just great!

The Hansa is a ten out of ten! The architecture with bamboo and teak is beautiful, it's all just fun even to be in the room.
Breakfast is extremely individual all kinds of eggs, soups, sticky rice with mango. There's nothing there isn't.
Pool area is huge and you have the best place of Bob Hut !

Great location and hotel

Great location on the beach and close to Fisherman’s Village, modern feel, really helpful staff and didn’t have to queue/wait for any food/drink at the times we ate. Our room was upgraded to the top one and we couldn’t ask for more, spacious, great views and clean, aircon a little noisy but you get used to that quickly.

Disappointing

Our experience at this hotel was disappointing. Things started off poorly, though we sincerely appreciate Judy’s efforts to make things better—thank you for that!
One major issue was the air conditioning, which was extremely noisy. It took me a long time to fall asleep, which is frustrating when you're expecting a restful stay. The staff did their best to help and addressed some technical issues, even offering to move us to another room. However, the alternative room was smaller and had a significant humidity problem, so we decided to stay put and eventually got used to the noise.
Breakfast was another letdown. We were surprised that there was no fresh-squeezed juice, and the overall selection was quite disappointing—not at all to our taste.
On the positive side, the staff was consistently kind and helpful, which we truly appreciated. However, the room layout felt odd, with the shower taking up a large portion of the space, and there was a noticeable lack of a chair. For a relatively new hotel, many of the facilities already felt outdated, which was unexpected.
Overall, while the staff was great, the hotel itself did not meet our expectations.

Great hotel and location

Great hotel and staff in perfect location. Staff are so helpful with any issues quickly resolved and plenty of restaurants close by. Would highlight Dear on the front desk who helped us make our holiday so enjoyable. Pool nice with easy access to beach.
