Wat een fantastisch hotel
Wat een prachtig hotel en vriendelijk personeel. Elke dag was weer een feestje om hier te verblijven. Dit is wat een vakantie een vakantie maakt. Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk en lacht elke dag. Wat heb ik genoten van het verblijf in dit hotel. Zo zou ieder hotel moeten zijn met zo n veel aardige personeel. Niets is hun teveel en alles met een lacht. Het eten is zeer uitgebreid zowel het ontbijt als het avondeten. Nogmaals een aanrader.

Deskpersoneel .__ onderga een training klantvriendelijkheid
De arrogantie van het personeel bij de incheck is verschrikkelijk. Deze mensen beseffen waarschijnlijk ( nog ) niet dat jij hun boterham betaald. We werden geholpen door een trainee, vriendelijken aardig meisje. Alles afgehandeld en werd er een borgsom van Thai bath van maar liefst 5000 op m’n creditcard gevraagd. Was perplex gezien we net 5 nachten in Kamala sunwing hebben overnacht. Dat is een familiehotel en gevoeliger voor kamer incidenten en daar wordt geen borgsom gevraagd. Bij de adults only voornamelijk oudere mensen ga je een borgsom van maar liefst 5000bath vragen dacht het ff niet.
We mochten om 14 uur terug komen voor de kamer. Om 14 uur terug naar de balie om de kamerkaart op te halen. De dame achter desk met een snauw ‘ uw kamer is nog niet klaar om 15 uur. Dat is vreemd. Je collega zegt 14 uur en nu in ene weer 15 uur ? Gevraagd naar de manager. Was niet nodig en wisten niet hoe gauw ze de kamerkaart konden overhandigen. Wifi ? Max 3 items. In sunwing onbeperkt.
Voorbij / ons een hotel om never nooit meer terug te keren.
Mooi hotel met zeker mooie kamers en faciliteiten maar voor ons nooit en nooit weer.

Het was in een woord geweldig schoon hotel met mooie kamers goed eten hele fijne aardige mensen in de bediening voor Fanta was erg goed alles eraan gedaan om het on naar de zin te maken kortom geweldig .
Leuke bars s avonds aan de zee erg mooi lekkere drankjes goed eten en de beste bediening van Fanta.

Geweldige vakantie
Uitstekend mooie locatie vlak bij strand en boulevard vriendelijk personeel en lekker eten zwembaden was er top 2 x per week klein marktje voor het hotel kamer was ok op wandelafstand van winkels en restaurants ideaal gelegen voor excursies bv elephant sanctuary we gaan zeker terug naar dit hotel
