Overall is good and the housekeeper is helpful to arrange the driver and the needs for our stay. Hotel location is a bit far. It needs to have car or hire taxi to go downtown and the restaurant.

Perfect location in Pattaya. Easy to walk everywhere. The villa was more gorgeous in real life than in photos and the hosts were absolutely lovely ! They are very understanding and went out of their way to accommodate our requests which we greatly appreciate. We enjoyed the villa immensely and will be sure to return

Please inform JOOPLAND Luxury Pool Villa Pattaya Walking Street 6 Bedrooms of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of THB 30123 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the villa rate does not include electricity charges. Guests will be charged THB 12 per electricity unit consumed and payment must be made directly to the property. Guests are required to show physically your passport with photo including your VISA/Immigration stamp and your credit/debit card used for payment. Without the physical presentation and/or for any Over Stay in Thailand, to respect the Thailand Law, we will not be able to accept check-in and there will be no refund.
It is prohibited to bring durian to the hotel.
