nearly Station
It is very convenient because it is near from the station.
The hotel is on the 3rd floor.
It is very difficult to find the entrance of the hotel because the information board is small.
I spent about 20 minutes.
There are many convenience stores and cheap dining rooms nearby.
The staff is bright and friendly.
The room is very beautiful. Also, the air conditioning is perfect. But it is narrow.
Cleaning of rooms and shower rooms will be done every day carefully.
Shower can always use hot water.
There is a refrigerator and a TV.

Terrible customer services.
Not helpful at all. Not replying messages online. Even directly cut my line during a call!
I have been staying in tons of hotels/hostels before, but this is my worst experience and made me feel so insulted and furious!
天哪我從來沒有遇到如此糟糕的服務業！
因為有東西遺留在民宿需要協助，他們回訊息超級慢（其實就只回過一次：D），一直等不到回覆的我只好打長途電話做提醒，電話裡頭超敷衍，甚至講不滿意就直接掛我電話！！！
做為背包客多年，我住過無數次的民宿或飯店，這是我第一次生氣到要留下負評！
房間設備、整體環境等等算中下水平，對此我本來就沒有太高期望（畢竟一分錢一分貨），但服務這樣子實在令我太失望，感覺自已花錢受氣被侮辱。

Say Love hotel
It occupy only the 3rd floor of the building.Room is of reasonable size. It is clean but carpet looks dated. Certain window areas need to clean up. Dust can be seen. Convenient to travel by bus, taxis, mrt, and trains. Lots of food choices nearby hotel.

Highly Recommended!
Plus, the staff were friendly and very accommodating. We were supposed to stay just one night but due to changes in the schedule of our trip to Alishan, we needed to stay one more night and with an additional companion. Needless to say, we did not have any problem with requesting for the additional one night stay. Also, they allowed us to leave our luggage behind even though we have checked out already. This was such a big help since we did not have the burden of carrying large bags to Alishan.
Then, on our return, we were supposed to stay in another hotel. We went there but felt uncomfortable ater our cozy stay in SL Hotel. And so, even though we have paid for our stay there, we decided to return to Say Love Hotel and ask if they can still accommodate us even if it meant us paying 2 rooms in different hotels.
We were really just comfortable with SL that we felt that we could stay nowhere else.
Kudos to the owners and staff of Say Love Hotel. Thank you for your warm accommodation in Taipei.
