Sit back and relax for stress-free experience at one of the world's foremost hotels
Just plan on one of the most enjoyable experiences of your travel agenda. I don't know where to start but for sure everyone you meet during your stay at the property will exceed your expectations. This includes things like opening the door when you arrive by taxi. Ushering you in with your luggage and taking care of the details. Moving you on to your room. In our case, we were on the executive floor I think they call it the Regency Club but anyway you cannot ask for a better team of specialist. Mr Billy outstanding. There were others unfortunately I don't have their names but you get the general idea so if you're going to Taipei, stop searching and start booking at the Grand Hyatt!

Very pleasant stay
Very nice stay. Good room, good facilities and very friendly staff. Specially the cleaning staff and the staff in the restaurant. An extra good recommendation for Elsa, the lady in the restaurant who recognised you when you come more then once and who knows exactly how she can let the guests feel at home!!! The breakfast is also very good. I personally enjoyed the Indian vegetarian section very much!

Great Hotel in Taipei
The Grand Hyatt Taipei offer best location right by the 101 building walking distance from World trade center metro station as well as many restaurants and clubs . Hotel has a great spacious lobby and a super rich breakfast. Staff is very friendly , speak good english and always eager to help .

grand experience at Grand Hyatt
thankful that there was an available room for early check in. front desk officer was very prompt, and was able to communicate well. room was very spacious, housekeeping was also very prompt. food options were great, breakfast can use a little improvement but service was still exceptional. overall, a really good stay and value for money.
