Het is ok
Wees je ervan bewust dat je nu een Spaanse belasting moet betalen bij het inchecken (niet de hotels schuld) De kamerkluis als € 4 per nacht die ik denk dat is duur.
De kamers hebben geen waterkoker.

Sunset Salou - schoon, maar drainage en airco problemen.
We kwamen in de vroege uurtjes van de ochtend en de nachtportier was klaar om ons in te checken. Check-in was snel en gemakkelijk en we worden geleid naar onze kamer op de 4e verdieping. We hadden een vierpersoonskamer.
Badkamer - was zeer schoon en een goede grootte met een inloopdouche. Het douchescherm is in een slechte positie en het water loopt uit in de badkamer. Moest de badmat en handdoeken gebruiken om het dagelijks op te nemen. Er zijn 2 toiletrollen voorzien en bijgevuld elke dag. handdoeken worden verstrekt en elke dag verschoond. Er is een haardroger in de badkamer, 2 kleine papieren kopjes en een zeep. De douche heeft douchegel en shampoo in muurbeugels. Jammer genoeg stinken de afvoerbuizen. Op een gegeven moment was het zo erg dat we de openbare toiletten beneden moesten gaan gebruiken omdat de geur ondraaglijk was.
Slaapkamer - de vierpersoonskamer is gewoon 2 tweepersoonsbedden tegen elkaar geschoven. We konden ze niet uit elkaar halen omdat de nachtkastjes aan de muur waren bevestigd. Helemaal niet ideaal als je fidgity kids bij je hebt slapen. Er is een tv en een kleine koelkast in de kamer en een kluisje (die je moet betalen om te gebruiken)
De bedden nemen het grootste deel van de kamer en er is nauwelijks ruimte om te bewegen.
Wifi werkte prima voor ons tijdens ons verblijf.
De tv ging willekeurig aan toen we de kamer binnenkwamen en de lichten aandeden en we hadden geen afstandsbediening om het uit te schakelen. Kreeg een afstandsbediening van de receptie geen moeite.
Wat een absolute nachtmerrie. We boekten een kamer met airconditioning. Maar toen we aankwamen konden we het niet werken - cue een ander bezoek aan recepetion waar ons werd verteld dat het was warme lucht alleen met geen andere verklaring. Besloten om gewoon naar bed te gaan en het in de ochtend te behandelen, maar het was ondraaglijk warm. We zagen de gasten in de volgende kamer in de ochtend en ze zeiden dat ze hadden verteld dat de airco in het hele hotel was gebroken, maar toen we gingen naar recepetion, ze vertelden ons dat het was uitgeschakeld, omdat het was het 'koude seizoen' De temperatuur varieerde van 21 degress tot 26 graden tijdens ons verblijf en de kamer was ondraaglijk warm. Blijkbaar is het uitgeschakeld als de buitentemperatuur lager is dan 27 graden. We spraken met Love Holidays die we hadden geboekt via en legde uit dat we hadden geboekt en kamer met airco en verwachtte dit te hebben. Love Holidays nam contact op met het hotel en ze weigerden om de airco aan te zetten - met de mededeling dat het was uitgeschakeld voor het comfort van de gasten. Dan zet het aan en laat de gasten beslissen of ze het op hun kamer willen - hun is een bedieningspaneel in de kamer. ons werd verteld om een raam te openen. Er waren geen ramen in de kamer - alleen de balkondeur. Na een nacht zonder slaap, het krijgen van verstopte neuzen en hoofdpijn, misselijkheid tot het punt van bijna flauwvallen (hoe is dit gast comfort) van de verstikkende hitte, we lieten de deur van het balkon open de volgende nacht alleen maar om wakker te worden om onze 10 jaar oude op weg naar het balkon in een slaperige waas denken dat het was de weg naar de badkamer. Niet aanvaardbaar op een 4e verdieping kamer! Moest ook met andere gasten sigarettenrook wafting in de kamer.
Balkon - heeft een tafel en 2 stoelen en een inklapbaar rek voor het drogen van kleding.
Key cards - we kregen 2 en op een gegeven moment stopten ze allebei met werken - we gingen naar de receptie en ze gaven nieuwe die niet werkten. Dus gaven ze er nog 2 uit, die niet werkten. Onderhoud werd gebeld om het slot te repareren en het was daarna prima.
Zwembad - zwembad was ok, maar ijskoud. We gebruikten het amper. De zee was warmer. Voldoende ligbedden.
Eten - heb hier niet gegeten dus kan geen commentaar geven.
Entertainment - vrijwel niet bestaande, afgezien van een nacht wanneer ze een dansgroep in to perfom hebben. Was echt goed, maar zeer kort.
Ze hebben een paar pooltafels en kinderen arcade type games, maar het sluit echt vroeg. Er is ook een klein buitenpark, maar het is gericht op jongere kinderen.
Personeel was allemaal geweldig en erg behulpzaam tijdens ons verblijf.
Huishoudsters komen en reinigen elke dag en het hotel in het algemeen was erg schoon.
We hadden problemen met de gasten naast de deur terug te nemen niet-bewoners en knallen muziek heel hard. De receptie ging wel naar de deur en ze vertrokken maar slopen terug naar binnen en gingen door met schreeuwen, schreeuwen en schreeuwen muziek. Opnieuw receptie sprak tot hen en het was rustiger voor de rest van ons verblijf.
Veel leuke goedkope restaurants aan de overkant van de weg en tal van winkels. Korte wandeling naar de stranden en het nachtleven.
2 liften die prima werken, alleen heel langzaam.
Dak bar was niet in gebruik en de jacuzzi's waren ijskoud en de jets leek niet erg goed te werken.
Kan een strijkijzer en strijkplank krijgen bij de receptie voor een borg van 20 euro.
De receptie is de hele dag en nacht bemand en al het personeel dat we tegenkwamen waren fantastisch.
Al met al, als je gewoon ergens wilt slapen zou het prob prima voor je zijn, maar de airco en het lawaai was gewoon te storend voor ons en we zouden niet opnieuw boeken in dit hotel weer.

Geweldig verblijf
Zwembad is goed onderhouden met veel ligbedden, hoewel het druk kan zijn tijdens het hoogseizoen.
De kamer was een geweldige grootte, dagelijks schoongemaakt en voldoende handdoeken. Veel warm water, maar water kan morsen over de bak.
Het enige negatieve zou zijn de AC is niet erg goed.
Personeel allemaal erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
