A hotel located within minutes from malls, convenient to get food. Near the train as well. The hotel may look old but the rooms look new! And very clean as well. There’s filtered tap water so that’s really good if you’re a heavy water drinker like me!

Lovely hotel, great location, pleasantly surprised
Everything was spotlessly clean, foyer, lifts, rooms etc. the pool area was lovely. My room which was modern, clean, with everything you would expect, was at the back so no noise issues, which some of the reviews mentioned Staff were lovely. Restaurant was great & reasonably priced for the district, with plenty of food options. Location was excellent! I was surprised it wasn’t rated higher.

The staff of Concorde was polite and friendly. Being an old hotel, the design of the carpet does not belong in 2025. Some staining on the sofa. The room size is spacious with bunk beds and access to the balcony. Nicely located in between Plaza Singapura and Orchard Central.

We have stayed at the Concorde on Orchard Rd a number of times. It is a great location for the shopping malls, which also have really good casual dining options, and are air conditioned. Easy walk to two MRT stations. The hotel is big, and breakfast can be noisy and crowded but the staff are very good at seating. The food options are very extensive, but it is all self service. We did not eat in for dinner. We particularly like the late checkout inclusion for booking direct and use this when departing on a late flight.

Very nice hotel
a good hotel where i could feel the luxurious ambiance the moment i stepped into the lobby of the hotel. the receptionists were swift and proficient in helping us to check in and out. the hotel leans more towards the pricier side but trust me it's worth it!
