The room was nice and the service as well.
It is a bit 90s but we loved that.
the only annoying thing was a chaotic road you need to cross to get to the haram

The receptionist nawaf was extremely nice. The best receptionist ever. He was very respectful. It was very touching of him that he extended my check out after juma without asking him

The cleaners were also very kind and helpful

The only downsight was that the cafe man called turkey was very very rude . Ask him what he did.
And some of the security staff were also extremely rude

The place has not been redecorated in many decades. The food is terrible.
The hotel is expensive. For the same price, you could have top hotel in London
