Excellent hotel with amazing staff
This hotel is quite a find. I was welcomed by the concierge and receptionist after a long flight. The hotel is immaculate and all of the staff that I encountered were so friendly, happy and could not do enough to assist me. I spent most of my days at the rooftop pool where Kenneth and Joseph take such pride in ensuring all the facilities are kept pristine. The hotel holds a weekly seafood night and a barbecue night by the pool. The work and effort the staff put in to make these events enjoyable is incredible. The restaurant staff are always welcoming and they genuinely enjoy serving you. A few special mentions for Mary, Girwar and Nagaraju who made my stay especially enjoyable. I must not fail to mention the housekeeping staff who do a wonderful job of keeping the rooms immaculate. They always do this with a smile.
I really didn’t want leave this hotel as I have had the best time. I look forward to returning one day. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Doha.

I had an amazing 5-day stay at Riviera Rayhaan By Rotana Doha! The hotel was spotlessly clean, well-organized, and incredibly relaxing, making my experience truly enjoyable.
The staff were exceptional—always professional, friendly, and helpful. A special thanks to Nagarju for his outstanding room dining service, ensuring my late-night meals and smoothies were perfect every time. Also, big appreciation to Rashed, who kindly checked in on me whenever we crossed paths, making sure I had everything I needed since I often had the "Do Not Disturb" sign on.

We had a great time
Our first meeting at Riviera Rayhaan By Rotana was with Ms. SouKaina, if you don't think of all the incredibly polite and helpful people who met us to help us with our luggage, open the doors of both the car and the hotel. It is often said that precious things come in small packages, and then you most often think of diamonds and jewelry - This hotel clearly has a little jewel with a big heart for extremely good customer service every single day from early morning - and that is Ms. SouKaina, who unsolicitedly gave us important and practical information already upon arrival and always with a big smile gave us answers to other things we were wondering about during our 15-day stay. There are of course many other good, helpful and polite employees at the hotel, such as at breakfast every day. Like everywhere else in the hotel, it was neat, clean and tidy and the whole hotel actually always smelled good. The breakfast was just so varied that it never felt monotonous, but varied and versatile with something for every taste - even for me who has to have gluten-free they managed to solve it in a very satisfactory way. A big thank you to those in the kitchen - Goldi, Chandu and all the others, and a special thank you to Ailyn who welcomed us from the first day and explained everything about the breakfast we needed to know - and more, she is also far beyond expectations polite and service-minded. Among other things, she made sure that those who needed to know about my gluten-free food got that information, and I felt 100% safe when Ailyn sorted it out. A big thank you to Mary, who always served us coffee and other things we had specially ordered during breakfast with a smile, and thanks to Shella in the Salvia restaurant. We travel a lot, and the breakfast at Riviera Rayhaan By Rotana definitely deserves a good mention when we compare it to similar hotels, even some of those that are ranked higher. The hotel is generally very clean and nice, the cleaning of the room was also decent, but small requests for bed linen, type of coffee, etc. were not easy to get, so many different things to deal with didn't really help. Among other things, we didn't want decaf coffee, but some days we actually ended up with just decaf, and during our 15 days, there were a total of 5 different people in Housekeeping that we had to deal with. The one we were most pleased with was without a doubt MD:Shorab. Good mattresses, duvets and pillows made our night's sleep a dream, the part of the floor with carpet is probably the only thing we didn't appreciate as much in an otherwise relatively spacious room.
The roof terrace with a large swimming pool was absolutely wonderful and with a beautiful view, but I wish the Aquarius Pool Café was open.
The last one we have to name and give a big thank you to - is Nema. Nema is clearly an all-rounder, she was always smiling with her helping hands in the breakfast room, but also just as smiling and incredibly service-minded in the Aroma Lobby Lounge and on the nearby outdoor terrace where she arranged parasols and catering for us.
There were, of course, many more who contributed to making our stay more than successful - enough that we will undoubtedly consider the same hotel on our next visit to Doha.

Booked the hotel at the last minute through Discover Qatar. I loved my 2 nights stay here.
The room was comfortable, had all the amenities. The breakfast spread was very good.
Helpful staff. Soukina at the reception on my day of arrival was very helpful and gave me a room at 8am. After a sleepless night, that was so needed!
I would surely stay here if I land in Doha again.
