Top10 kwaliteit
Hoewel we er in het hoogseizoen vonden we een mooi plekje in het park. Oke, het was erg vol, dus de keuken was altijd in gebruik. Maar ze hebben genoeg toiletten en douches.
In vergelijking met sommige andere Top 10 parken is te groot, het mist een beetje sfeer.

Thank you for completing the on line review. We appreciate your feedback and are pleased that the facilities met your needs despite the holiday park's popularity. In terms of atmosphere we like to think that guests add to this particularly in the summer months. However in the low season our slice of Paradise does quieten down which is to be expected.
We do hope you will return to Gizzy Town perhaps in the summer and enjoy all that we have to offer.

Thank you for completing the on line review. We discussed your concerns regarding the heater with our maintenance man. He advised that a number of heaters have been replaced over the last 3 weeks in the ensuites. We further discussed the gaps at the bottom of the doors which he put down to wear and tear and we have agreed that an interim measure is being looked at to keep out the draft. We have had some problems with the wifi but by and large it generally works. We would encourage you to return to Waikanae Beach Top 10 and if you encounter any problems, then come and see us at reception. Thanks

Our team always strive to put our guests needs first to ensure there stay is as stress free and relaxing as possible so to read that we achieved that is fantastic. We currently have a 2-5 year plan to upgrade our park so maybe the next time you visit, some of the progress may have been completed. Our maintenance team work very hard to keep everything in tip top shape and order for everyone to enjoy.
