The hotel was clean, beautiful and comfortable. Good location and everything worked well. I had a pleasant stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. Abit far from the train station, however that’s our fault. However the room was far too hot, and got uncomfortable. However the bed was like sleeping on a big cushion, absolutely lovely.

This wonderful Hotel is good to reach by foot from Metro Station Holendrecht!
Personal in Hotel are very friendly and helpful.
Food in Restaurant was on 18 Floor.
He is good and clean!

The entire property needs a complete overhaul, which includes the members of staff (apart from the two that were working in the bar on my first night). GOrdon Ramsey needs to go in and give them a shake up. Under trained, rude and not customer focused.
I only stayed there because of the location next to the hospital. Never again!
