In my experience... it was bad.

Outside the hotel looks very sloppy, the reception more or less, the room we stayed in (2nd floor), smells too damp, two days in a row we found cockroaches, there is no ventilation the only window was sealed, the extractor of the bathroom was not useful, nothing to do with the photos that are seen the internet, has the basics. I really do not recommend it unless it is urgent, the only good thing I saw is that it is very close to the center, the mall, a supermarket (soriana) and the place that went for work. When I returned home I noticed that many of my clothes had the scent of dampness, even the one I was wearing clean.

WORSE HOSTING AND THE RUDE AND HIGH-HANDED MANAGER

Lousy service, I had a fall as the weather was in a terrible state (they took out in less than 15 min that I went to an Oxxo) half a bucket of water that threw the weather. The connectors were useless, the bathroom had a terrible smell. There wasn't enough parking and when you talk to the manager an Eliseo graduate is high-handed and rude. It’s the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in, watch out for anyone planning to get to this place where even cockroaches come out in the bathroom.

Lamento mucho escuchar sobre tu experiencia tan negativa. Es realmente preocupante que el clima y las instalaciones estuvieran en mal estado, y que además hayas tenido un accidente. La atención del personal, especialmente del gerente, debería ser más comprensiva y profesional. Es inaceptable que te hayas encontrado con cucarachas y otros problemas de limpieza. Tu reseña es muy valiosa y seguramente ayudará a otros a evitar este lugar. Espero que en tu próxima estancia encuentres un hotel que te brinde la comodidad y atención que mereces.
