Location is a little out of the way, but the shuttle bus service helps a lot here.

Satisfied with renovated rooms and breakfast

It is a hotel directly managed by private school mutual aid. There is a charge, but it is convenient to park underground. The rooms I stayed in were twin. There were no prominent tears or stains on the wallpaper or floor. The bed is large and comfortable to sleep in. The bathroom was renovated and felt new. The bathtub is wide and egg-shaped, so I was able to dip it relaxed. Breakfast is buffet style. The menu was wide and the taste was good. I was satisfied with Osaka's special dish.

We loved our stay at Osaka Garden Palace! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Shin-Osaka station is walkable, however, after a long day it can be tiresome to walk; but no fear, they offer a free shuttle from the station to the hotel. It runs about every 15 mins to and from the station which is super convenient to guests! We loved the shuttle service - having small kids, it was very helpful. Will definitely stay again in future visits! : )

Hotels where shuttle buses are available from Shin-Osaka Station

I stayed for two nights because of my work in Osaka. It takes about a dozen minutes on foot from Shin-Osaka Station, but there is a shuttle bus between Shin-Osaka Station and the hotel, so you can use it for free. This time it was a room on the 14th floor, so the view was good. The room was well equipped and comfortable. If I wanted to, I thought it would be nice to have a few more outlets in the room. The convenience store is just a few minutes' walk from the hotel, so if you need to, you should buy ahead of time and check in at the hotel. A bottle of water a day was given free of charge. Amenities were also offered in the hotel lobby on the ground floor. The hotel staff were very responsive and we stayed comfortably. This time, I had a lot of Reservations and stayed in a smoking room, but the smell of cigarettes was not particularly bothersome.

Important information from the hotel

An accommodation tax per person per night is not included in the price and needs to be paid at the property. To eat breakfast at the hotel, please make a reservation upon arrival. Luggage storage is available on the day of check-in and check-out. The shuttle bus stop is located at exit number 2 of Shin-Osaka Station Midosuji Line. Shuttles operate between 07:00 and 22:00, and come every hour at minutes 05, 20, 35, and 50. The last shuttle departs the station at 23:05. The property is a 15-minute walk from exit 2 of Shin-Osaka Station Midosuji Line. Due to renovations of rooms, the hotel will be under construction between January and February 2021. Guests may experience some noise between 10:00-15:00.

Important information about the city

An accommodation tax is required in Osaka from January, 2017.
