Very impressive considering the price- Nice staff, who all spoke decent English. Good location, a short walk from Dotonbori. We would not have any problems staying here again.

Quite a distance from dotonbori or shinsekai. But at least it offer a certain level of serenity due to being a few streets away

It was really nice. But the beds are firm and not comfortable. Room is very small.
Otherwise it was a pleasant stay.

Friendly staff, clean and welcoming foyer. Room size is your typical Japanese standard size, bed tv mini fridge and a bathroom. Bed was firm which I prefer, however the only complaint I have for cleanliness is the pillow. Found pillow had an odour and it wasn’t the pillow sham. As to the location, it’s about 12 min to Dotonburi district, 10 min to Dotonburi Plaza where you can take a bus directly to Kansai Airport which is very convenient for approximately $18 CAD. No eatery directly at the hotel but walking distant 10-15min. Laundry mats close by and of course there’s a family mart across the way from the hotel. Overall great experience.
